ICC's Walk the Wall

Here's another way we can support ICC.
They have an annual "Walk the Wall" international fundraising campaign which involves a 10k walk. The idea is that collectively the participants walk the length of the Great Wall of China. A few in our network participated last year.
In Vancouver the Walk is around the SeaWall and is scheduled for Saturday, September 13, 2008.

I have started a team called 'SimpleChurches' so if you decide to sign up (and I hope lots of you do!) join as a member of that team.
The website leads you through the sign-up and pledge gathering process.
Great opportunity to get active outdoors and support a very worthy cause at the same time. Bring your family, bring your friends!

Hi friends... here is a video explaining a little more about "Walk the Wall". It would be so great if many of us could sign up and participate on the 13th. Even if seeking pledges are "not your thing" - you could easily just ask your family members to pledge you. Every little bit count.
