Hey Everyone!!

My Landlord (also my co-worker) let me know yesterday that the suite next to mine is going to be up for rent soon!

I live in a duplex which has been divided into 4 separate suites. My particular suite is a one bedroom - but its VERY large. The suite next to mine is a Two Bedroom - still quite large, but the front is made into a bedroom so its slightly smaller. (STILL VERY LARGE!! ) :)

$825 plus 1/2 utilities.

Located at 20th and St Andrews area

I am looking to move out but not until October 1. Is this a possibility. I am tidy and I think I am a good roommate. Let me know what you think of ir it will be available October 1.

I have a friend who is moving to North Vancouver next month and is looking for a place to rent. He is 26 and starting his career as an RCMP officer in North Van. His email is benjyschmidt@gmail.com. He is his a christian guy looking for a church to attend as well.

Hi Terry! Im so sorry! I havn't really been keeping up to date with checking the simple church site... i feel really bad for not replying to you earlier!

The place for rent was actually already rented when i sent out the message, but i didnt know it . so woops!

But does your friend still need a church to go to? I'd love to invite him to Come to the Lonsdale Church.. what do you think?
