Hey gang,

I am praying right now from home... I was reflecting on my day. I turned 30 today :) and I had a really nice day at home, doing a little bit of work, a bit of play, a bit of shopping and a bit of praying :) I also got in a visit from the JWs today... always enjoy that as I do most of the talking :P

Anyway, I don't usually watch Oprah, but Michael Moore was on today and they were talking about his latest movie "Sicko". I haven't seen it yet, but am planning on seeing it (anyone up for it?). In brief... It is about the american health care system. About 1/2 way through the show, Michael Moore quoted Jesus Christ... I LOVE IT!!! He said if you look at the major religions of the world, they take care of the sick and the needy... he said... what did Jesus Christ say? He said you are to feed the widow, the sick and the poor... Jesus would be taking care of the gas attendants son. Preach it Michael! He also said that the american health care system doesn't need to be a social system... it should be a Christian system... that's his suggestion for the health care issue in America...

It was encouraging to hear... although I sensed Oprah got a bit tense at the mention of Jesus and she changed the subject... ahhh Oprah...
