Fort Langley Caroling night

Friends,

Thanks so much for your prayers for our caroling night at our house. It was wonderful!

As we approached the evening, we had a few families cancel due to sickness and double bookings. Some of our key musical help was unable to make it. But I had faith that God had it in his hands. Well it turned out wonderfully. Our living room was packed full of families singing away about reindeer, snowmen and a NEW BABY KING! It was a sweet time. We ended with an invitation, in the Irish tradition- as we had an Irish man amongst us, to share a song. Well our Irish friend John stepped up and sang to us. Then my sister Anna sang for us. What a wonderful ending.

During our time, I felt such JOY. (Johnathan, is it the Joy Sunday today?) It brought me such joy to have our house filled with people, neighbors, friends. Some know Jesus, some are just getting aquainted with him by osmosis:-)

So thanks be to God who sent his Son, what a beautiful wonder. Thanks be to King Jesus who reigns today and always! Thanks be to the Holy Spirit who is ever present bringing Joy, love, peace and so much more.

Peace out all. We love you and are feeling loved through your prayers.

Everyday of Christmas is Joy

The schedule that I follow had peace as the one this past Sunday, but that is only what someone else made up. It sounds like it was a true Sunday of joy at your place.

Fantastic!

Thanks for sharing, Teresa. We had been praying. I was thinking of it off and on throughout the day, and we talked about it at our church in the morning.

So great that the evening went well, and so proud of you guys for hosting. Way to go.

Joy to the world - and specifically, Fort Langley.

Andy
