Time:3:30pm Please note the day change to Saturday the 4th Location:Hope Reformed Church What to Bring? For dinner we are sharing appies and horderves - so please bring along something to share or something to drink. Also, bring along the usual - something to eat with and heart that has prayed. What is Happening? We're going to have worship, sharing about what is happening in our churches and world, and prayer. In addition, Vancouver church has had on their hearts the passage from 1 Cor. 14:26, "What then shall we say, brothers? When you come together, everyone has a hymn, or a word of instruction, a revelation, a tongue or an interpretation. All of these must be done for the strengthening of the church." So if God puts something on our heart to share for our strengthening - be sure to bring that along. BTW - it will be a great day to invite friends along. |

Just to add a few tid bits
Hey everyone,
We are looking forward to getting together with you all on Saturday for the city wide!
What is happening?
We will are going to have an extended worship time with a few intentional breaks during which we will have a time of sharing what we are thankful for in our lives, in our churches, in our world. We will have a thanksgiving/harvest table set up in the front. We invite you to bring something to add to our table that represents what you are thankful for and then feel free(but not obligated) to speak up and share what your object is and what it represents.
We also want to ask you to ask the Lord if he has a word, scripture, tongue, or anything that he wants you to share with the group. You will be welcomed to share this during the worship time as well.
We are going for a coffee house feel so please bring an orderve, veggie dish or dessert to share.
Thanks everyone,
Looking forward to fellowshipping with you and Jesus this Saturday.
Teresa
