Many Christians know that God loves them, but struggle to actually believe it deep in their hearts. In Romans 5:1–8, Paul describes the incredible benefits of being justified by faith: peace with God, a secure standing in grace, and hope that endures even through suffering.

In this teaching, we explore how the gospel frees us from fear and insecurity, why suffering is not God's punishment for His children, and how the Holy Spirit assures us that we are deeply loved by the Father.
